What information do we collect?
Meibe AB’s ambition is not to process any personal data within the app. It is a system for overall statistics, and information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an individual does not belong in this app.
The personal data we process about the system’s users depends on two factors:
1. The personal data you provide when subscribing to the app. Different members of a group may need to be distinguished, but it does not have to be done using names. Initials, numbers, etc., can be used instead.
2. The information you provide in the app at various times, such as in free text fields if you choose to activate them.
Below you will find information about the data Meibe AB processes, the reasons for processing this data, and how long it is stored.
If you use an app from Meibe AB, data related to the device you are using (such as your mobile phone) is processed to provide you with the best possible user experience. This includes information about your device’s operating system, the last time the app was opened, timestamps for various transactions, any crashes, and more. The processing is based on a balancing of interests as the legal basis, where Meibe AB’s legitimate interest is to offer good products to its users.
Who may Meibe AB share your information with?
Meibe AB does not share any data unless it is done at the explicit request of the client.
Where do we store data?
All data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA.
How long do we keep data?
We retain information for as long as there is an active subscription and it is necessary to fulfill our obligations.
What are your rights?
You have the following rights regarding any personal data we hold about you:
